I've had similar problems, I would take the ones that flip upside down and stick them in a very small brooder where they are not disturbed by the others. Have food and water close with extra course footing.
I had 3 birds two days ago act the same way. I was going to cull them when my wife said wait and give them the extra attention. I did what I recommended above and all three are doing great and have stopped flipping over. Last year I had the same problem but the abdomen was noticeably larger than the rest of the chick. He never did make it and I ended culling him.
