one of my quail i got a while ago still has a bad leg since i got her i messaged it to get the blood flow back into it but it hasnt got better so I f you can help me it would be greatly appreiectiated. Thanks

The humane thing to do is cull it.
But ofcourse, if it can still feed and drink and you want to give it a chance then it's totally up to you.

quail man ,  I have a Bob hen that has had one bad leg for over a year now. She gets around just fine and doesn't seem to have a problem with it,  laying eggs etc .  She also has become a real sweet pet, wanting treats etc at feeding time.
